I got this to give to my son for his first communion. There's nothing super special about it, but it is indeed a cute little stainless cross that is kind of perfect for boys. It's just what I was looking for to give to him. Something simple that he can wear close to his heart.

This cross necklace is a great gift for any religious special occasion. My 8 year old son actually chose this cross necklace because he wanted something special he could wear to show his faith, so we didn't get it for a special occasion, but my son chose this specific design all on his own, so it is kid approved, ha ha. He has been wearing it everyday. I like that it is simple and small so it isn't overwhelming and its a great length on him.
