For under twenty dollars it's no surprise it isn't perfect. While it looked shiney and polished from the front with a cleaning cloth, professional card and box, the pendant itself is left with a bit of an unfinished/tarnished look from the sides and back. Still a cute custom idea behind this design. Maybe not the most giftable with the imperfections, but if they don't care, as those are hidden against the chest anyway, then it's decent for the price.
