For reference: I bought this in early March. So when I first bought this, I was extremely disappointed because I bought the couple's bundle but I couldn't get EITHER of the hearts to work properly to replicate our heartbeats after recording them. HOWEVER, there was an update recently in the app. And ever since, I have been able to very easily and almost seamlessly, feel my fiancee's heartbeat EVERY time that I go to feel it. There was even one time I was at the gym, and mid-workout I felt the necklace beating. Now that it's fixed, I 1000% recommend this product if you're a sap like me.

Issues immediately. We followed the instructions: Charged over night until heart indicator light was solid green. Paired with iPhone 10 xr but it was so hard to wake the heart that you missed pairing and had to start over.Once paired we followed the wake process and this thing would not wake up at all. You practically have to hit it to get to come awake. We thought it needed a heart beat first so we followed the process and linked one to it. Still didn't work.As soon as we could get the heart to wake up it would turn off (red light indicator). I contacted customer support but they said the hearts sometimes break and just need to replace it. It took 2 days for that response. Once I told them I bought on Amazon they stopped talking to me. No choice but to return. I would stay away from this item. I took a chance because I thought this was a great idea for Valentine's day and it was a disaster.

I was hesitant in purchasing since there was only one good review, however, I took a leap of faith. I bought this for my daughter. Once charged, I went to pair and honestly at first I did have a a hard time pairing. However; instead of following the actual directions, when pairing, if you tap around the heart it did pair. Then once you record your heartbeat by using your index finger covering your camera on the phone (my phone is iPhone), you will see the recording in the Bond app. Then to feel your heartbeat that you recorded, do not follow the directions that asks you to hold the heart in your fingers, this didn't work, instead, place your thumb on top of the heart and your index finger along with your middle finger behind the heart on opposite side and press down, Wala you feel the recorded heartbeat.The box it comes with makes it easy to charge your necklace by feeding the cord (which came with the necklace), through the box and placing your necklace on charger. However; the charger does come out of box if you prefer.As another person pointed out, it would be a much nicer necklace with a better quality chain, so I may purchase a different chain to look more elegant then the chain that the necklace came with.So far, I am very pleased with the purchase and time will tell if it holds a charge and keeps the recording. Either way, with the heartbeat recorded in the Bond app, at the very least. you will always have a visual of your loved ones heartbeat even if the necklace does not last.

Ordered a set as a birthday gift for my fiance and wouldn't you know the black heart worked fine for my hubby but the white heart was faulty from the get go. The white heart never responded to any of my taps at all to wake it up. It didn't respond to me holding it either. If I had known I would of went with the bracelets instead. Yes I did charge it and still no difference.

A dear friend of mine recently was told by her husband that he had been diagnosed with a serious heart condition that would eventually take his life. The physicians said a year at most. She had told me long ago that'd no matter how bad her day had been, she could lay beside her husband at night and put her hand on his chest and feel the steady beat of his heart. She felt that because of that constant, steady beat that nothing could bring them any serious harm. When she opened her present, tears started streaming down her face, and I kept apologizing for this reminder of what could happen at any time. When she looked up at me, she was smiling the grandest smile I've ever seen. She said now she could face anything because she'd always have the strength of her husband's heartbeat constantly with her. She hugged me and said that was the most precious gift she could receive, besides the love of her husband.

This product was difficult to pair, but once I got passed that it is amazing. I am carrying my husbands love with me. This helps whenever I am feeling anxious or overwhelmed. He is right there.

After only having the hearts for a few months they have stopped charging, they have also stopped allowing you to feel the heartbeat. The company will send replacements but they shouldn’t have to if their product is of a good quality
