The product itself feels well crafted it also has extra links and a little kit. And the engraving on the back of the watch is perfect. This is beautiful. Well worth it and definitely giftable

The watch is beautiful. The customer service is beyond excellent. A pin fell out and they sent a whole new band. Definitely would buy from this vendor again.

I love the wooden band, personalized name on the front, and style.A small issue is that because the band doesn't separate to put it on, it's very difficult to read the wonderful engraved words on the back of the watch due to the band being in the way. I wish that was different.
