It is important for you to choose the right size. Only your watch lug width is exact width of the band, can spring bars will fit correctly. SIZE = Band Width = Watch Lug Width
There are some ways to help you know your band width
1.Use a ruler to measure the distance between the watch lugs in millimeters.
2.Check the backside of your current band to see if the width is marked.
3.Find the specification of your watch/model by searching online.

Very nice band. Rubber and leather cause a rash and also have some metal reactions. Stainless steel does not react with skin and the look is very nice and dressy. Can swim in salt water with no issues.

Very well made strap. A little practice is needed to adjust to size but after a while it got a lot easier to do. Not thin or cheap feeling! It is rather thick and weighty. Highly recommend!

I had recently purchased a gold-tinted stainless steel self winding watch but the band had broken shortly after the purchase. I decided to give this band a try and am so glad that I did. Not only was the gold tinting a perfect match for the watch but the ease of install blew my mind. I did not have to use any of my specialized tools to install the pins as it had a notched arm on the spring-loaded pin. Only your thumbnail is required. If you were wondering if this was the right choice then look no further!

I bought this to replace band that came apart on early sincere smart watch after 3 months. It stands off from wrist and looks really weird. When I finally was able to get band tight enough for wrist , it pinched my wrist horribly! Almost impossible to get off! Requires two hands to put it in!
