I didn’t care for quality. However, you get what you pay for. I also realized it was a bit juvenile for a 47 yo women. It is very cute and would be perfect for a preteen or teen girl.

The item ordered looked like the picture, description was accurate and what was hoped for in giving this item as a gift. However, necklace was put into the pouch and then placed into the plastic zip-lock bag allowing for the necklace to tumble around and ended up being one large knot.Sadly, because of the delicate nature of the chain, trying to untangle the mess was impossible and the chain broke - so the item can not be given as a gift. I am trying to figure out how to "re-purpose" the key and heart so I can salvage something from this order, but it doesn't look promising. Thankfully it was not an expensive purchase to have to throw away :(It would be in the company's best interest to either secure a piece of jewelry like this onto something stationary if they do not want to secure in a box so that the chain is anchored down and not floating around loosely.
