It's a beautiful band and I really like the way it looks on the watch, but the pins don't keep the band attached to my Venu Sq watch. I contacted the seller, who was very nice and recommended that I get a larger gauge 20mm pin set — which I did. The watch stayed on a little longer, but still ended up falling off after a day of wearing it with the new pins.

Using a vernier caliper I measured my watch band width to be 14mm. I ordered this BINLUN 14mm wide watch band and received (apparently) a 14mm wide watch band. However, when I measured the BINLUN 14mm wide watch band, it is actually 13mm instead of 14mm. Unfortunately, the narrower width leaves a gap between the band and the watch (see photo). Since Amazon charges for returns now I will donate this watch band to the local thrift shop and spend my money on a watch band whose manufacturers understand the meaning of standards and measures.On a positive note, the band looks very nice and seems well built. Unfortunately these cannot make up for an improperly manufactured size.

I’ve never had trouble putting a watchband on my smart watch, but this one is a little cheeky, so I’m taking it to my jeweler, and he can do it with no problem. The watch band itself is very pretty and will fit well. It is definitely a great value for the money.

A bit of fiddling to take out unneeded links and attach the band to the watch (I have old tired fingers). Very glad it came with the tool needed to remove links. Four months later... it still looks and works perfectly; just as bright as the day I received it.

The watchband looks nice. The good part ends there. As others have noted, there are no directions. I have a small wrist and was able to get links removed from one side but the tool broke when I tried to do the other side. There is another tool which was included but I have no idea what it is for. I have just spent over an hour trying to finish adjusting the band and I am giving up for now. It doesn't seem like it would take to much effort to include directions. There is not even an arrow on the band to let you know which way to push the pin out.
