I've got three cartilage piercings but they don't all feel comfortable wearing jewelry. I love these because they cover the whole area with one earring. The ball is sometimes difficult to get on, but they stay in place and are comfortable to wear. Love the different styles that come with as I can pick which to wear based on my outfit.

This BESTEEL 9PCS 16G Cartilage Earrings Surgical Steel is exactly what I needed for my cartilage piercing. It provides a nice variety of pieces that are perfect for the ear cartilage. It's made of stainless steel and has not irritated my skin at all. The balls on the back make it easy to keep in ears as well as sleep with it in. Only problem is that the balls backing are really tricky to screw in to the back. It's easiest if someone else does it for you.

The metal itself is "ok" but the stone fillings are definitely cheap. They are made out of plastic and glue. I am greatly disappointed.
