I tried a cheaper version of this style of earrings, but returned them because the clasp was weak. I wear headphones and use a bike helmet, so I need earrings that close securely. The Berricle huggie hoops are perfect. They snap firmly closed, but aren’t difficult to open. They aren’t flashy or unique, but they are comfortable and easy to wear when you are physically active or just plain busy.

I hated these the first time I put them in on. I struggled with getting the curved post in my hole, and I was thisclose to returning them bc of the awkwardness. I’m so glad I persevered. After the 3rd wear, it was 1000x easier and now I’ve been wearing them probably once a week for the past year. They still look as good as new. I also love that they don’t hurt if I accidentally fall asleep before taking them out. Now I just wish they’d make another skinnier version for my collection.

Love these simple lovely earrings! Perfect size - not too big if you want a nice huggie, and not too small like they belong to your little girl. Comfortable enough to sleep in and wear every day, not too heavy but substantial, with a nice little bit of shiny to brighten the face. Get them - you'll love them!

Disappointed that I spent $34 on this - all the color completely stripped off after less than a year. I expected it to last longer as gold filled jewelry like this is the same price and would actually last for years. Buy another product!
