about item
  • EASY SWAP: No need to remove spring bars to swap different color combinations in and out. Swap in seconds for a new look daily!
  • SELECT PROPER WIDTH: Available in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm and 24mm widths to fit thousands of watch models. To determine proper width for your watch, use a metric ruler to measure the lug width or the width of the current band at the point where it attaches. If your watch has an odd lug width (19mm, 21mm or 23mm), we recommend going with the strap 1mm larger than measured. The material is soft and should squeeze in nicely.
  • LENGTH SELECTION GUIDELINES: 'Standard' length (available in 18mm, 20mm and 22mm widths) measures approximately 10-inches and fits wrists from 5" to 7 1/2" in circumference. 'Long' version (available in 20mm, 22mm and 24mm widths) measures approximately 11-inches and fits wrists from 6" to 8 1/2". Those with larger wrists (above 7 1/4") typically prefer the 'Long' version. Watch geometry will also impact fit.
  • THE PERFECT BALLISTIC NYLON: Lightweight and breathable, yet very sturdy. Barton bands are typically softer than other nylon watch bands, but have a tighter weave, making them equally or more durable.
  • LASER CUT, ULTRASONICALLY WELDED, WATER PROOF and WASHABLE: Laser cut to eliminate fraying; Ultrasonic welding combines two pieces of nylon into one homogenous piece forming a stronger bond and cleaner look than stitching.

DETERMINE PROPER WIDTH FOR YOUR WATCH

  • Check the underside of your current band to see if the width is marked
  • Use a metric ruler to measure the width where the current band attaches to the watch head
  • Search online for the specs of your watch make/model

*If your watch has an odd lug width of 19mm, 21mm or 23mm select the strap that is one mm wider. The leather will squeeze in nicely.

COMPATIBLE LUG WIDTHS

These bands are compatible with any traditional watch that uses standard 18mm, 20mm, 22mm or 24mm spring bars.

*If your watch has an odd lug width of 19mm, 21mm or 23mm select the strap that is one mm wider. The strap will squeeze in nicely.

ATTACHING THE STRAP

Refer to diagram in picture above. First, remove original band and reinsert spring bars into watch head ( replacement spring bars sold separately if needed ). Then, simply feed the leather strap between the spring bar and watch casing, behind watch head and up through the other spring bar. Run through leather ring on short strap to secure watch head. No need to remove spring bars (pins) to swap between different colors.

ADJUSTING LENGTH

If band is longer than desired, fold free end neatly back into the keeper loop or cut to desired length. If trimmed, expose cut end to match or lighter flame to avoid fraying.

This is a nice, sturdy nato strap. I have other natos' but this one feels the sturdiest but still comfortable for everyday wear. The stripes on mine are darker than the picture (more like a charcoal color instead of a gray). I don't mind that, but you may. I'd definitely buy this brand in the future. I have this on my Casio Duro btw.

The Barton 22mm NATO strap, all black, seems to be well-made, well sized for an average sized man's wrist, and comfortable. The length is perfect, with no need to adjust or fold the strap back under the loop - there is no excess, nor shortage of length. Will try to update review in a few months after seeing how well it holds up to every day wear and tear.Ordered this to attach to a Casio GWM5610 after the original resin(?) strap developed tears in the eyelets after a few years of everyday wear. In order to do this, one needs adapters such as "JaysAndKays metal adapters" from the other big online sales site that starts with an E and rhymes with bay. This pair of metal adapters allows for a 22mm NATO strap to attach to the 16mm Casio watch. It looks and feels great.

I bought these expecting them to be of a more soft fabric material like the NATO that came on my Seiko SRPG33, but they’re not. They are very stiff and feel of plastic. Think of a backpack strap. They feel very durable and well made, and are still comfortable on the wrist, just not what I was expecting. That being said, I bought these to give a couple of my watches a variety of looks outside of the standard strap/bracelet they came on, and they achieved just that! The colors are vibrant and look great. The width is exact and fits perfectly between the lugs (22mm in this case for both) I will note that the navy and yellow strap is a very dark navy and almost looks black (as you can see in the photo). It’s not a big deal as my Bulova has a black dial so it still pairs very well, but just figured I’d mention it. Overall I’m very pleased with them, especially for the sale price I got them for, and will likely buy more. At $6-$15 why not experiment with colors, right? Great value for the money. Buy with confidence.SIDE NOTE: These straps do not come with springbars. So if you’re like me and have other bands with quick releases, you may need to order some spring bars if you don’t still have your watches’ originals. Luckily I had some laying around.

I like this brand and have used quite a few. Always quality, attractive and install nicely. The outside the box note here is that I kind of adapted this to a Casio SGW 100B. The original band died young and the replacement I got for it was stiff. The tab end seemed to get caught on cuffs and anything else it could find. I wanted to use a NATO band for this watch. The case design does not make this practical. Only recently did it hit me that I may be able to use the original metal brackets to slip a NATO style under since the spring bars are blocked by the original case design. The key was the right width and thinner strap material. This strap hit the mark. The experiment worked and this band is comfortable. It did allow the case to slip a bit on the spring bars. So, the fix was a tiny drop of thin super glue on both sides of the bottom of the case tab right at the point where the spring bar passed through the center tab of the case. To me this looks fine, feels good and is easy to do.

Wanted a red NATO strap and this one caught my eye. I loved the red/beige combo on the picture and it looks better in person. Plus, it was on sale. What's not to like? The only "downside" is that the hardware is chrome while my watch is rose gold, but once on, it is barely noticeable. Changing the hardware is not an option as the strap is glued rather than sewn.

Very comfortable right out of the package! Really good quality. The thickness is just perfect on my Bulova A-11 automatic hack watch as the case size is 37 mm. Will certainly buy more in colors & sizes. I wish Burton could bring odd sizes such as 19 mm & 21 mm. Most Swiss watches comes with those sizes.
