It is very pretty, it came with a totally different chain than the one pictured. It is NOT baltic amber stone....it is PLASTIC. It is pretty and the alternate chain is pretty also. I promptly received apologies and the opportunity to return it......it is pkgd. and ready for return but I have not made up my mind yet....I needed the stone and am a little disgruntled to have paid the price for a pretty piece of plastic....but again the chain is nice and overall it is attractive....

I was pleased with this necklace when I received it. I looked very nice and arrived quickly. But when I went to wear it for the FIRST TIME, it fell apart...literary. the stone came unmoored from the silver holder and just plopped on my dresser. I don't know about you, but that spells a bad experience all around. I will never buy another piece from this company.

I really like this piece. The amber separated from the silver and I contacted the seller who unfortunately is in Great Britain. The seller told me they would exchange the item if I returned it. I didn't want to pay the international postage. I went to Home Depot and bought some Gorilla Glue and repaired the piece. The repair seems to be holding.
