The media could not be loaded. The first one I ordered had a power plug that couldn't physically go all the way into the winder box's input port and thus wouldn't power on, but I returned it for a new one and this one works. It's nice looking with the wood enclosure lit internally with blue lighting. Has multiple settings for how and when they spin to wind automatically wound watches. You clasp the watch around the memory foam pads and insert the pad with the watch into one of the 6 spots. I do wish that the manual or analog controls were on the front or side so they were more accessible if it wasn't going to come with a remote and even this replacement winder box had bent hinge flaps as shown in my second pic, so these things are ultimately what kept me from giving it top marks, but it was admittedly easy enough of a fix regarding the hinges, I just think it's reasonable to expect a new item a buyer is sent to not have that issue to begin with. Otherwise I'm more than happy with it and do recommend it. If they can get the minor quality issues under control, I think this is a 5 star item.
