Nice presentation, good quality, easy to work just plug and turn it on. Quiet.Not an issue but The only thing I think it is a little bit big, maybe could get rid of the bottom section the little drawer, and make it a little narrower. Other than that it is perfect.

The watch winder does not wind in long enough intervals to fully wind the watch . It winds for 2 minutes and rests for six minutes. So over night the watch loses time. The watch worked fine with the old watch winder but sadly after several years that watch winder no longer works. I will have to return the new one and I hate to return products. So sorry.

I gave it a 3 because the inside detail was clean, delicate, came with a watch cloth cleaner, has 2 small compartment and the overall packaging was packed delicately. The outer details I have to say are not the greatest. The clear cover is plastic, the leather Part where you seal the watch is crooked and you can easily see all the defects. The cover also doesn’t seal on the sides. Doesn’t look like an expensive watch would be places here. I didn’t bother to test the winder or sound being that I was already disappointed with what I saw. The overall idea is nice but, unfortunately I will be returning.

This was nicer and larger than expected. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because my watch band is too large for the part that holds the watch in the slot. I have cut a peice of velvet backed board to make the watch fit, otherwise it tosses it around while it rotates. Other than that my watch has kept perfect time and I am pleased. Note: the watch being used in the box is a GMT Master II, and it works fine
