I was apprehensive about ordering a class ring for my granddaughter from a place that I wasn’t familiar with, but it was a fantastic experience. The customer service is first rate, and you get to check on the progress of the ring via a special app provided by the company.The ring arrived a little earlier than expected, which was great, because my granddaughter was anxiously awaiting its arrival. It was exactly as customized by us with excellent workmanship and an excellent finish. The sizing was right on, as I took her to a jeweler to be sized. My granddaughter was elated when she saw it, and can’t wait to show it to her friends.I like to support small businesses whenever I can, and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. I also am overjoyed that the ring was made right here in the United States. The warranty is left to be seen, but based on previous contact with the company, I am not worried. I can’t say enough about this experience!
