Wasn't sure about this brooch when I ordered because the price was rather low, but I took a chance. Now, it did take quite some time to arrive, but this multi-colored gem-stone butterfly brooch is simply beautiful, stunning! I hope it holds up as I have not had an opportunity to wear it yet. I will wear it to church this coming Sunday. 5 stars so far!

Bought for my sister's bday gift.(she's in her 70s) She has always loved butterflies. I thought she could put it on her jacket. I was right! She put it on her jacket,and said she will switch it to whatever she wears because it's a little of me on her shoulder. Also she wears a black knit cap and I suggested to put it on that too! This was a Christmas gift for my mom. She loves it. Very sparkly. Larger than expected but great size. Can't comment on sturdiness - will have to wait to see what happens as she wears it.

Before I get started, I know that brooches are old-fashioned. That being said, it's nice to have a beautiful piece that makes you feel truly special. This item is lovely and the multi-colored stones just make it fabulous. I love how the designed is not truly defined in the wings and it looks great against any color I wear, especially blue and pink. It is fairly big though. It takes up most of the palm of my hand but, my hands are fairly small (I wear a size 7 in gloves). This was my first time buying from this seller. The only thing they didn't do, which they said they would, was to include extra stones in case some were to fall out. I haven't lost any stones from mine but, I'm also careful not to slam it up against anything at the same time. Seller is wonderful and I'm getting ready to buy a wedding necklace from them as well. So, buy with confidence. They have many beautiful things to choose from.
