To begin with I think this item was used based on the packaging. I only received 2 clear baggies with the stems and studs. NO instruction card no paper nothing which is extremely disgusting and unsanitary. Then supposedly all 6 flag banks are 18g and they were clearly different thickness. Lastly 3 of the 6 gem stems did not insert all the way in. They would only fit in the longest ones which are way too long for a nose piercing. Don’t buy this it’s junk.

I ordered these because it said nose rings and I really need some news one but these are for your ears. I was super confused when I opened it up. I mean, I could use them for my nose they just might be a little too long.I did give them 4 stars though because they are really good quality pieces of jewelry and for so cheap you get a lot! It came with an instruction card and a template on where to put them in your ear. I have multiple piercings in my ears so I can definitely get good use of these!
