I've been looking for a good garnet ring for a while now and thought this one would be a similar look to one that I lost years ago. I really like the design of the ring but it was bigger than I anticipated and the size was just slightly off (that was my fault, turns out I'm a 6 3/4, not a 7.) The stones seemed a little loose in their setting, not to where they would fall out but overall didn't have the quality I was hoping for. The prongs holding the stones were too pronounced and the metal was too shiny which, because of the design of the ring, actually made the ring look cheaper. Overall just didn't have the right proportions and smoothness of material for my liking.

Great looking piece but the area that holds the stones I had to tighten down because it came lose, could just be a flaw in the one ring and not across the board, but I would definitely buy it again no questions asked.
