The media could not be loaded.  Firstly, this is a strikingly beautiful necklace to wear (at any time of your life!) I've never heard of 4 crystals to symbolize your 40th, but sure, it sounds like a cute idea, so why not! It might also work as an anniversary gift too! Either way the crystals are really sparkly and the chain design also makes that sparkle nicely as well.Secondly, the s925 is hard to find, but I found it, and it has the certificate included as well (nice for gift giving.) If you give it as gift though, and it's not her 40th, you'll want to ship it to yourself, open and remove the happy 40th card inside, (easily done), and it makes this giftable to anyone!The chain is a nice length and has room for extending a bit, and has a nice lobster claw clasp for easy fastening.I couldnt give this 5 stars only because mine seems to have a slight curve to the dangling crystals (which are strongly attached to a piece that holds them all). It is not something I can adjust, and it really isn't very noticeable, (I doubt anyone who isn't all up in my face inspecting it would even notice), and looking at the description, it seems like a qc issue. (It's also not bothersome enough for me to return this!) But it's worth noting.Regardless, I think it's beautiful and although I am over 40, I plan to enjoy wearing this beautiful necklace whenever the mood strikes! I would also recommend it as a lovely, and affordable gift!

I would have given this product 5 stars; but because of a gross Quality Control issue, that I had to fix, I am rating this at 3 stars.*** The Good ***Great care and thought was given to the presentation of the product. The box was wrapped in cellophane, so that the SKU stickers will not adhere to the box surface. And the box flap has a magnetic closure. And as a final touch, the "S925 sterling silver" certificate plaque makes the presentation feel more special. The crystals are mounted in a manner that allows them to rotate; sort of like a fidget spinner, but I don't recommend playing with them too much.*** THE BAD ***Sloppiness was shown, when attaching the "bail" to the pendant. I spent seven nerve-wracking minutes, fixing the bail, without breaking anything (see pictures). Also, the pendant was mounted backwards onto the foam; so that the crystals were facing "the wrong way" (see pictures). And the improperly attached bail made it hard to find the obligatory "S925" stamp (see pictures).Quality Control issues aside, this makes for a perfect 40th birthday gift; if your order does not include the bail problem that mine did. Do not attempt fixing the bail yourself, if you don't have nerves of steel and plenty of patience. Instead, ask for a replacement, or take it to a jeweler instead.

This necklace is beautiful. Obviously it's not the same quality as you'd get from a jeweler, but for the price it's actually fairly impressive. My wife loves it and has received several compliments from her friends about it. My only criticism is the chain is very thin, but many necklaces are the same. Nice looking without spending much.

I picked this up for my wife for her birthday. The price is pretty good, so I was expecting a stunning piece. When it arrived, I checked it out and thought the price was fair for the necklace. It is a pretty necklace with a nice message. I would not buy as a big gift, but a little thinking of you type gift. Overall, I am happy with it and would buy again for the right occasion.
