The stainless steel spinner sits on top of the stainless steel ring and spins freely around, just rotate with your thumb. It has a repeating imprint of cat eyes & whiskers all around the spinner. It does provide an outlet for my anxiety and stress relief. I like the size of the ring, it looks good on my finger. It's also a great gift idea for cat lovers who may be dealing with anxiety or just like a fun cat ring.

This ring is so cute. I wanted to wear it a bit before I left the review because I wanted to make sure it would spin really good, which it does and that it didn’t turn my skin green, which it didn’t. It has a nice fit, a bit large, but works great when the fingers swell. I highly recommend this ring to help with fidgeting.
