These were a great length to look nice but still reach my mouth. Super cheap especially for two. Breathing holes are a little too wide so I don’t feel like I’m getting a “drag” off of it. I honestly find that a Bic pen cap works better. Good quality, I’ve warn the silver one for a week straight and haven’t turned green!

These look like the photos and everything but you would expect it to have some resistance inside to create the "pull" of a deep breath like a vape or cigarette and its literally just a metal straw that is cut. If you are someone looking for something that will help you quit smoking or vaping this is not it

I purchased these to help with sm9king cessation and the oral fixation that goes with that. Not helpful at all. There is absolutely no resistance to the drawl. It's literally just sucking air through a metal straw. No different the pursing your lips like you are going to whistle but sucking in the air instead... only with a metal tase. Would not recommend for the purpose of quitting smoking.

Save yourself the money and get a straw, that’s all this is. A straw on a chain…..I was looking for something with resistance when you’re using it and this is not it!UPDATE: I've given an additional star because of the customer service. I did not ask for a refund but was offered one anyway. That is a rare thing these days and was much appreciated.
