I love this necklace because it reminds me to stop and do my breathing exercises. It doesn't have any restrictions in the cylinder. So it's basically like blowing through a straw. But you're not able to blow fast because it is going through a smaller area. Because of this it allows you to exhale slower and breathe in slower. It helps you to be mindful of your breaths. The metal is nice and is quality. The chain is sturdy. It really looks just like it's pictured. This would make a great gift

This breathing tube necklace is a very pretty iridescent rainbow color. It’s quite a bit darker than in their pics (see my pics) but still pretty nonetheless. Using the breathing tube is kind of soothing! Yes, you can breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth without the tube, but it’s more fun with the pretty little tube. It is pretty much completely noiseless too, so you don’t have to worry about any whistling noises. The chain is fairly substantial and rainbow colored also with a good clasp. I put the clasp on the very end of the chain in order to use the tube, but there is enough length there. Overall, I like this pretty stress-reducing necklace!

This did not wow me. The breathing pendant part did nothing for me. This is just okay looking. It has a dull, brushed finish like a bathroom faucet. The chain is the most attractive part of the necklace but it is not hypoallergenic and causes itching. For me this is a miss.

My younger son picked this out for my older one as he sometimes struggles with anxiety. He thought maybe he could used this to calm down. The message on it is really sweet & inspiring. The necklace it’s is actually extremely unique looking it has an artistic vibe to it. The price is surprisingly low for the quality and value.

This necklace is great for when trying to relieve stress. With the adjustable chain it makes wearing it easy and does not stand out. It can also easily be wiped down if it ever gets dirty.
