This navel ring is great! I recently purchased some navel rings from another company and didn't bother to check what they were made of...after a few days of wear I ended up with a bad reaction, but thankfully I have not had that happen with this titanium ring. I truly believe this piece is made of titanium, and I was grateful that the length is a little longer as I have a deep piercing. I've worn it continuously for over a week and my skin has stayed quiet. I would say this is a great piece if you have a metal allergy and have to avoid nickel. My only complaint is that I didn't bother to check how small the top and bottom balls are, but it's still a great piece and the black metal really stands out in a good way!
