I have a small wrist about 6". I used the last notch and since it has 2 belt loops, it holds the strap in place. This is very well made and compliments well on my golden skin tone. I've had it a few months & still working. There has been times where a few drops of water has been on it briefly yet still works. Buy it for the life long investment, classy look and affordable price.
