The Ankh pendant is sturdy, heavier than I was expecting. The mother-of-pearl type stone is a lovely touch. The chain was a bit thick for my taste, so I just use a different one. (The photo shows the chain that comes with the pendant.) Living in Florida, I did expect to see discoloration on my chest after being out in the heat and humidity, but it left no marks on my skin—that's a big plus for costume jewelry!

The Freesloth Ankh Necklace is, quite simply; Beautiful.The ancient Egyptian Symbol of Life has been replicated and applied in innumerable ways, but this necklace is a particularly well-executed iteration. The Hieroglyphs (or 'Hieroglyphics', if you prefer) are each well-defined and true-to-form.The center stone is a nice touch, and adds depth and flash to the presentation.The overall size is perfect; not too small, yet not overtly large, either.The necklace has good length, and a solid connection. it is of good quality, yet it can be dispensed with should the owner desire to wear the Ankh in a different manner.I cannot imagine anyone who is aware of the meaning of the Ankh NOT liking this necklace......This is a quality ANKH to either gift to a loved one...or to YOURSELF!
