This necklace is absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier with the product or my purchase. Great value for a great product. The way it is packaged though left me spending 2 hours trying to untangle the chain. A little heavier chain or a different method of packaging it would have kept the chain from getting stuck between the top of the Caduceus and the wings. Still worth twice the price. I put it in a jewelry box and it should never get tangled again. Thanks Bling Jewelry and Thanks Amazon.

This is nice and big, and beautiful! The chain is really nice too! Hubby is an RN too, and he said he really liked it on me. My piece came broken in its package. At first I just thought it fell off the chain it came with, but after opening it and checking out the piece, it's made of cheap metal and not worth the price. I was very dissapointed and won't be purchasing from this buyer again. :(
