Product doesn't necessarily give a "high class" feel to it but it works as advertised. Although be advised that there is only room inside the pendant for not even a pinch of ash. In other words, if you use your fingers to take a "pinch" of ash, that would most likely already be too much to fit into this pendant. Also I found that the ash wasn't all fine powdery particles and so it is possible to clog the funnel...that is where you might use the included pin to push down in the funnel but in my case, it took some work to dislodge the larger grains of ash that clogged the funnel....so be advised.
