I saw this and had to get it because not only do I love green stones, but also I have an angel whom I wanted to honor by wearing this but that we just lost (cancer sucks). The pendant is a nice size, definitely not super dainty so that you can't see detail, which is great, and the green stone in the one I received has good weight to it, so it doesn't feel cheap at all.My only critique would be that in the piece that the chain goes through (the name of it escapes me at the moment--jump ring?), on this pendant, it's not a completely smooth piece...it was like they took a piece of the silver that wasn't round and bent it to make the oval-ish hole for the necklace but the ends aren't fused together, they stick out opposite ways and poke out. (If I can get a picture close up, maybe I can add it to the review, but it's like they cross over each other). So when I put this on my favorite chain to wear and touched it to make sure it was on correctly, those little ends by the necklace poked my finger. I solved this by taking a pair of pliers and gently pushing the ends of that piece down to kinda close them up, so they weren't sticking out. I didn't want to mess up the size of the hole the necklace goes through or break it, so I was very careful--in fact, needle nose pliers would be even better, but I just wanted to curl those sharper pieces on that ring back down so I didn't get stabbed. Other than that, I am very happy with this pendant and will wear it whenever I think of the beautiful angel we lost too soon. I love the color green, too, so it will definitely get worn often. I hope she knows when I wear this that I'm thinking of her and hoping she's happy wherever she is. To all of you with angels out there, this is one way to remember the place they have in our lives and memories, and that we won't ever forget. I think it would be a great gift for a teenager or young adult who either loves angels or lost someone to show them that person is always with them.
