The weight on these is nice: they have a nice weight to them while still being lightweight. The gold that Ana Luisa pieces have are a nice "quiet" yellow. They were beautifully mixed with other gold pieces and with your silver pieces without being too jarring. I adore stacking these with my other gold and silver pieces for a cool two tone effect.The wearability on these is awesome for those of us with skin sensitivities. Truly, Ana Luisa makes some of my favorite pieces.These might be a bit on the pricey side, but they are long lasting and I have had a great years-long track record with Ana Luisa pieces. They have proven their worth to me and I'm all for paying the right price for anything you don't have to replace due to faulty work. I fully recommend these hoops!

One of my pierced ears never healed properly, partly closed up, so in that one, I used this earring to poke through. That one began hurting after awhile, which I had hoped it wouldn’t given the purported high quality metal. I’ve used Ana Luisa earrings before to do that, and it was fine. These earrings are heavier, and maybe the 14k plating isn’t pure enough? Idk. Anyway, it seems like $67 is a lot for plated earrings. These also have a conservative feel to them, a little bourgie. Still, they have a nice gleam to them, and brightens up your face a bit.

Ordered these hoop earrings to give to my wife. Hoop earrings have always been her go to earring of choice.This pair of earrings are 14K gold plating over brass and they are hypoallergenic! She is allergic to nickel and would have developed a rash within minutes if it was present in these earrings.These are simple yet elegant earrings! In sunlight and indoors under bright lights the smooth gold finish really shines! The earrings come in a very sharp little satchel.At the time of this review the Ana Luisa Gold Hoop Earrings were selling for $65.00 a pair which is a great price for these high quality earrings.

These are very lightweight, they don't weigh much at all. The clasp closes securely with a nice little click so I don't think you need to worry about them falling out. The color is a little different from my solid 14k gold items, but not a huge difference.They come with a wallet bag thingie? It feels very well made but I found it to be a useless item. Not very environmentally friendly to be sending these with every order when most people will probably throw them away. You're probably paying for this in the price. These seem overpriced to be for gold plated. The packaging should be revamped to be more environmentally friendly and cheaper to lower the cost of these.They seem nice, I do like them. But the price is too much to justify for gold plated.
