The Christmas stocking charm was shipped super fast and arrived around 48 hours after the order was placed! The charm came wrapped in material to protect it, in a plastic bag, inside another plastic bag, inside an adorable little package with a bow on top, that was inside another bag! It was very well protected which shows that the company truely cares about keeping their customers satisfied. To put all that effort into the packaging, I was not even at all worried about how the actual charm would appear because I could already tell what an amazing deal it must have been!As for the charm itself: it is absolutely perfect! I got my neice/goddaughter, who is an infant still, a charm bracelet for her baptism with the idea of adding charms periodically for special events/holidays/birthdays. This, along with the gingerbread charm, are what I selected for her first Christmas charms. The charm is a little bit larger than I imagined it (but I did not look at the specifications before ordering) and also had a good weight to it, to me showing quality. The detail is perfect. Some charms that have color/enamel parts tend to look smeared or cheap and this does not at all look "cheap". It is perfect and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am often nervous purchasing from companies with whom I am not familiar and after receiving this, I will most definitely be using them for my future charm purchases, as they had a wonderful assortment available, and if the need arises for other jewelery purchases to be made, I will look at them as my first choice! I am even considering starting a charm bracelet for my 3-year-old daughter because of the affordability and quality of this seller!
