I debated whether or not to buy a turquoise ring on Amazon but in this case it worked out great. The ring itself is everything I expected; the color is beautiful and the workmanship is great too. Although, I just received it today I LOVE IT! It arrived in a very well made box and I was surprised to find (per the card) my ring in a special anti-tarnish plastic bag made with a non toxic film that includes bonded copper particles which absorb and neutralize the gases that tarnish silver and other metals. My ring came in the plastic bag which was also in a little drawstring bag. Quite pleasantly surprised.Due to my left hand being swollen from a blood clot in my left arm, I am unable to wear my wedding ring for a few months SO now I'm wearing this! Maybe, I won't be putting wedding ring back on LOL. I highly recommend this ring.

Big and bold. I love the stone color. American West makes some of the best affordable jewelry you can get. The only complaint I have is two out of three come so dark and tarnished that I spend 15 minutes at least polishing it up and getting it to the point of wearability. They come in plastic bags with a tarnish strip in them, but it apparently does no good or is packed that way. However, once you clean it, it is a very nice ring.
