The prongs that go on the outside front of the ear can be adjusted with care to make them tighter or looser.If you like small dangly elephants, then these are the ones for you. The 'jewels' on the earrings aren't symmetrical in design, but I find that I like that fun oddity.I would buy from Aloha again. Fun, cute product.
