My daughter is 10 and she has been wearing all kinds of earrings in the past 6 years.I bought these for her birthday because they looked so cute and different (unique!)... she wore them to school, 1 day only, and came back home without earrings, and without even noticing that they were missing.They are so lightweight you don't even feel them (which is great - we hate heavy earrings that end up hurting delicate ears), but at the same time be aware they can easily slip off and you won't even notice them falling down.To avoid losing such a cute item, I would suggest to ALWAYS use earring backs with this type of earring. That's what we will do from now on... I couldn't resist and bought immediately another pair.
