First and foremost this product is beautiful! My complaint is the packaging. I spent close to $80 for a necklace that arrived in a plastic bag. No box labeled with the brand or the meaningful snippet of what the piece represents. If this wasn't a gift it wouldn't have mattered but I certainly expected for what I paid. Will not be ordering again nor will I be recommending that anyone purchase online
