I called customer service for Jewelry company. Lady that answered asked me my order number. I told her I bought on Amazon. Apparently they do not stand behind the product. This necklace is 3 months old. The person told me to take it to a jewelry store and have a cz popped into it. The jewelry store laughed at me. All I want is the stone replaced but now I have a necklace I’ll never wear. If you want a pretty necklace for 3 months buy. This product is not a good piece and company does not stand by product.
