I received this in shocking condition. The wires connecting the beads were completely severed at several points. The necklace was almost completely ripped in two. Loose beads were rattling around inside the bag.The colors are also very different in person: the red is very bright, almost cartoonishly so.The design is less three-dimensional than it appears in the photos that appear in the Amazong listing.I had high hopes but this didn't work out at all.

This necklace is very big, very bold, and very beautifully done. I didn’t find any issues at all with how it lays on the neck. It’s perfect. However, I should have paid attention to the weight of this piece. It. Is. Heavy. It weighs well over a half pound (.68 pounds or 308 grams, according to the description)! So, despite its beautiful craft and impact, it’ll need to go back. There’s no way my neck and shoulders would survive more than a short time wearing this.

the tippy top of the red side of the necklace doesn't lye flat. Which gives it not as much of a pretty look if it were. And the texture of the necklace look to plastic to me. hey, otherwise it is a very pretty piece. I have no regrets.
