Everybody loves a secret. Just can't take this ring off while the kids are around (since they're of reading-age now). The ring was of pretty high quality, and looks nice on my wife's finger. Not sure of longevity, but it's held up with being worn at least a dozen times without issue. I will say that it's not super high quality material, due to the fact that it tarnishes within minutes of being wet. But it's made well, and doesn't feel cheap.

10 bucks, not expecting it to last forever especially because of how flexible , thin and dainty the material is, However I appreciate the design and the message, although it is small print it is very easy for me to read for that personal impowerment/motivation and that is what I purchased it for. I like the option of the adjustability so it can be worn on any finger any size should I choose to change where I wear it. It's very cool, I totally dig it.

Love the ring! Disappointed that it turned color rather quickly though. Wish it didn’t i would still be wearing it. If it’s not sterling silver, I would recommend painting it with clear nail polish to lengthen the life of the piece.

I got this to replace a similar one I lost. It”s a reminder, literally to breathe. I forget to breathe properly and my physical therapist keeps working with me to do it properly. My family is in on it, too. It’s a fun way to help with something important.

This product is a great and empowering item but don't wear it in any water, not even the sink to wash your hands. Even after a couple hand washes it began to turn rusty brown. I like that it is adjustable, it is just unfortunately not a very practical wear.
