UPDATE: I contacted Amazon about the watch breaking and they sent me a replacement watch and a label to return the broken one.Loved this watch I bought for a 6 yr old girl I nanny. She loved it and has been learning to tell time so I loved that it had the numbers on the outside to help with that. Unfortunately after 3 months of use the second hand broke and is just floating around inside the watch and it’s no longer keeping time. I don’t know who to contact about this but I wish I could get a replacement.

I bought this watch for my granddaughter, who is 6. It seemed perfect: a Princess watch that would help her learn how to tell time. She loved it. However, the watchband broke within three months (she did not wear it everyday), and any pink replacement band costs between $40 and $60. So, although the watch still works, she can't wear it. Don't waste your money, since the warranty doesn't cover the strap.
