It was hard to get a close-up pic of this with my phone freehand. It looks pretty thick from arms length. Up close you can see how delicate its structure is to achieve the sparkly look using little tiny balls of gold-colored metal. It's not bad for a piece of costume jewelry at $10. Our teenager likes little charms and stuff so it's nice to be able to get a smile out of her for such a reasonable price. The way it's made it appears voluminous and sparkly. It enchants the young lady, this being my daughter. It's a shiny thing that captures her essential joy at such dainty objects.
