The necklace was amazing Simply Beautiful. My fiance loves it, and since she opened the box it has only come off of here neck to sleep. She has received comments every day from multiple people about how pretty, nice, and or beautiful it is. It's not too small it's not too big, it is elegant, but not too flashy. I could not be more happy with my purchase. The price was reasonable, delivery was speedy and came on time. Plus it has A3 year warranty chain clasp missing jewels you can't go wrong with this purchase I will definitely be buying from them again.

This is an absolutely beautiful necklace from a company that will go above and beyond. When I first got the necklace, the purple stone was too light to match some earrings I also purchased (from a different store). I contacted the company to see if they had any darker stones. They went to check the rest of his stock to see if they had any darker stones. They didn't, so we waited for the next shipment to come in. Those stones were just as light. So they went out of their way and contacted their vendor and asked them to make a necklace just for us. That one was perfect!!! My wife loved it!!

So I bought this necklace as a gift to my fiancee at Christmas-time 2015. It was actually the only gift I bought her that she hadn't any idea about prior to Christmas. She loved it from the moment she laid eyes on it, and she wore it non-stop after that point. There are a couple of points I want to make about this item:Firstly, the chain quality that the pendant comes on. The chain itself is durable, and is faceted in a way that makes it very pretty. The issue?It pulls hair. I actually had to remove the necklace from her a couple of times because it was so twisted up in her long hair. At that point it was also very difficult to clean the hair out of the chain. Our solution to this was to purchase a new box style chain, which is MUCH better and doesn't get tangled up in everything it touches.Second - the quality of the pendant itself. I actually ended up having to replace the first one I bought. After only a couple days of wearing it, one of the clear stones fell out of its mount, and was forever lost leaving behind a dark hole. I immediately submitted a return request through Amazon, and within a couple of days the original one had shipped back, and a new one was re-ordered. This process was a little cumbersome - this seller doesn't do replacement returns, so we had to send it back for credit, then order a new one. It was still pretty quick as Amazon gave me instant store credit before shipping back the old pendant, so that helped out. The new one arrived looking as beautiful as the first. My fiancee has been wearing it for a couple of months now nonstop and it is holding up well.With those small issues, I wouldn't want them to detract from the beauty of this piece. Buy it! It is beautiful, and your significant other will love it for sure. Especially if purple is her color *wink wink*. I am taking a star away for having to buy a different chain, and the return process being as cumbersome as it was. I truly don't feel like that should scare anyone away from buying this chain/pendant. I was glad to pick up a new one when I did, there isn't anything else out there quite like it. It is unique and it looks fantastic around my wife-to-be's neck!

My husband bought me this necklace as a Valentine's Day gift. Although purple is not a favorite color, it is very pretty in this necklace. I love the pendant with the hearts offset. I do wish the chain was a bit longer, but otherwise the quality is great and I get lots of compliments every time I wear it.

My wife of 47 years really loves this early Valentines gift! The gentle light purple color matches most outfits. The sterling silver craftsman work is stunning and most attractive. The necklace is an excellent match to the pendant. At first, I was afraid the pendant may appear too large and bulky for the beautiful thin necklace, but; it's smaller and more feminine-dainty than presumed from the pictures in the posting. I recommend this necklace for any lady (young and older). A good buy at a fair price, and the prompt service & packaging exceeded expectations.

I don't know where they came from but there was hair under the prongs of the stone. The quality control evidently does not exist. It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be.it would probably make a better ear ring then a pendant.
