I bought this for my daughter to wear to a dance, but I don’t think it’s going to work with the dress she’s wearing because the end of the necklace would extend into the fabric. However, we have many other outfits to wear with this very pretty neck. It’s very stylish, delicate, and the gold is a beautiful, genuine gold color.The picture I uploaded does not do the necklace justice. One word of warning: if you have a thicker neck, the necklace may look more like a choker. Our household has kind of skinny necks, so necklace will work just fine on us as necklace.

I got this necklace for prom and it’s decent! The material is definitely cheap but you get what you pay for fr! It sits perfectly on my neck & chest, and it doesn’t take any attention away from my dress!

I think this is a truly beautiful necklace! I particularly like that the dangling portion isn't fixed to the main necklace... So you can set the necklace to a variety of sizes when you clasp it at your neck, and the center section slides so it is centered. Really pretty and functional! Highly recommend!

I’m simply obsessed with this layered necklace. It’s absolutely gorgeous and looks like actual gold, not like it’s gold-plated. It hasn’t tarnished and I’ve worn it in humid weather, and water. So far, it still looks great. I love that it’s dainty looking but not fragile, and that it’s more high quality than most fashion jewelry.
