Initially my order was sent to me incorrectly because they left off some of the names and stones. I contacted them through amazon messaging and they immediately found my order and began to make a new one for free to replace the incorrect one. The shipping does take a while because it is from over seas but they were very pleasant, courteous, and timely in fixing the mistake. Good customer service like this is hard to find and so I was pleasantly surprised! The necklace is a nice personal touch to include all the grandkids names for Mother's Day. We are happy with the quality and customer service of this purchase!
