My wife wanted a necklace like this but our childrens names are quite long. Almost every option I found never showed a name with more than 6 characters expect this one. My delivery was early and it looks fantastic. Its not as flimsy as you might think. My wife has wanted this sort of thing forever and this one finally allowed me to get it for her. I fully plan to by a complete set for the rest of the girls in my family. Fantastic product.

I ordered 2 of these, & due to an unintentional error, I accidentally received the wrong color [gold instead of silver] for 1 of them. The company staff/?owner apologized & said they'd correct it & make a new one @ no extra charge. And that's exactly what they did: they customized it with my family's names in the silver color, without charging me for the re-creation or the shipping!FYI - the product is 1 & 3/16 inches @ its widest part of the heart, & 1 inch in length. I would definitely buy from this company again. I'm already enjoying wearing my meaningful family "puzzle-piece" charm pendant. By the way, I was able to buy an appropriate size "jump ring" [from a local jeweler] so that it fits beautifully on my Pandora bracelet with my other charms [instead of wearing it as a necklace]. Came in sooner then expected which worked out perfect because it was a gift. The box itself came in damage because their wasn't that much protection for it which is a bummer because it's where she puts it at night. I was worried about the lettering because other reviews but you can cleary read it at arms distance.

This was a gift for my grandmothers birthday we love the Cham she has all her grandchildren's names on it the names are a bit small because there is 6 of us the more names the smaller writing is the charm it self is a pretty nice size its a lot bigger than a quarter. They only con is the length of the necklace I thought it would be longer, but we'll buy another necklace. Overall I would definitely recommend this item. Shipping does take sometime but its worth the wait! Great present. I purchased silver! Good luck.
