I was a little nervous buying this off Amazon, thinking it may look cheap in person... but it's even prettier in person! There's a definite glimmer to both the chain and pedant. I love it so much that it's been my go-to necklace every day since I got it. Even my little girls can't stop wanting to look at it and telling me how much they like it too!

The size of the pendant is slightly smaller than I expected. I'm not unhappy with the pendant but would have been happier with it just slightly larger. The quality seems fine and it is pretty. The chain is much thinner than I had hoped so I bought another chain to use. I have to admit I expected the chain to be too small and I did pay more for the new thicker chain than I did for this whole chain/pendant. So in my case I'm at about $700 total and my wife is going to be very happy, so I'm happy with this purchase.

This was a very sad representation of the Tree of Life necklace, and on top of that, feel as if its size was falsely presented, the look and feel of the item, didn't represent as a piece of real gold jewelry, almost as if was not gold. I believe the item is hugely overrated, falsely represented and over priced. I was truly disappointed and angry with the purchase and plan on returning the item ASAP.

The overall product is nice, the charm is elegant and what I was hoping for. However, it did take me 20min to get the knot out of the chain upon opening. This was absolutely from the jeweler which makes me wonder what type of quality control they have. It had to have been knotted when they packaged do to it being in a pouch and a plastic bag within the pouch, there is no way it could have knotted itself in-transit based on it being tight within the pouch and bag. Not worth the $259 spent based on weight, and lack of quality control. I would say this item should be appropriately priced in the $129 - $159 range. DO NOT PURCHASE AT $259 as it is not of that quality!
