I bought this ring for my daughter's 16th birthday. She thought it would be bigger than it actually is. She was going by the close up picture of it, so she was slightly concerned about that. I ordered her size that she was sized at and it did fit a little snug. She still wears it, but if we get another one we know to get a half size bigger.
